Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for anything you buy from Online CEO Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to purchases made through our websites, over the phone, and at live events. Please read it before you buy. This policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms and Conditions.

1. FREE TRAININGS AND EVENTS
Many of our trainings and events are free. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop attending or unsubscribe at any time.
2. YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Important exception for digital content and immediate-access products: where you buy a digital product, course, or membership and you ask for immediate access, you agree at checkout that delivery begins straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access has started. If you have started accessing the content, your right to cancel no longer applies.
If you have bought but not yet been given access, and you are still within the 14-day period, you can cancel for a full refund by emailing us at marco@marcorobinson.com.
3. PAID DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND MEMBERSHIPS
Once you have been given access to a digital product, course, or members' area, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law or where a specific guarantee is stated for that product (see section 5). This is because digital content cannot be returned once it has been accessed.
If you ever have a problem accessing content you have paid for, contact us at marco@marcorobinson.com and we will put it right.
4. PAYMENT PLANS
If you buy using a payment plan, you are responsible for the full agreed amount across the agreed instalments. Cancelling a card or stopping payments does not cancel your agreement. If you wish to end a payment plan, contact us first so we can discuss your options. Where you are legally entitled to cancel, we will refund any amounts due to you under that right.
5. SPECIFIC GUARANTEES
Some products may come with their own specific guarantee or money-back promise (for example, a delivery guarantee or a satisfaction guarantee). Where a product has its own stated guarantee, the terms of that guarantee apply to that product and are described at the point of sale. If we offer a guarantee and fail to meet its stated conditions, you will be eligible for the refund described in that guarantee.
6. LIVE EVENT TICKETS
Refund eligibility for paid live event tickets, including any cancellation deadline, will be stated at the point of sale for that event. If we cancel an event, you will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date or a refund.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, email marco@marcorobinson.com with your name, the email address used to purchase, and your order details. We aim to respond within a few working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
8. CHARGEBACKS
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us, in breach of this policy and our Terms, may result in your access to products and services being suspended while the matter is investigated.
9. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If anything we sell is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
